The 1st Photo shows what the patterns look like in 2", 1.5", and 1" widths.
COLLAR WIDTH and BUCKLES: This collar can be made with a plastic or metal side-release buckle in 1”, 1.5”, or 2” widths, just know that the wider collars show more of the pattern, and the narrower widths have the pattern cropped down to that width. Pro-tip for choosing your collar width: If you are unsure of which width to order your collar, cut a strip of paper to either 1”, 1.5”, or 2” wide and lay it against your puppy’s neck and see how it looks. It doesn’t have to be long enough to go all the way around the neck, just to get a feel for the collar width.
Order a matching leash for your IWAT collar! My favorite is the 4' leash with attached traffic lead for greater control in tight places. We make our leashes with padded handles for both the traffic-lead portion and the normal handle. We also make them with or without the traffic-lead in 4', 5', or 6' lengths.
We also offer an awesome convertible leash to use with either one or two dogs. This leash has snap hooks on each end and two D-rings in different places. This allows you to either have a dog on each end while you hold in the middle, or clip one to the first D-ring to make a normal handle as a 4' leash, or to the other D-ring to make a 2.5' long leash. Unfortunately, due to the variability in use of this type of leash, we can't pad the handles for you on this one, sorry!
We also offer Frog Clips instead of snap hooks if you prefer. It is a small upgrade and is only available in black. They are very sturdy and easy to clip on and off. They may look heavier, but are actually about 20% lighter than a regular snap hook. Photo in the listing.

We don't charge different prices for different collar sizes. We make each one to order based on the length you tell us your pup's neck or existing collar length is. We use that as the mid-adjustment point. That means when we ship it to you, it is sized to fit your pup and has room to go smaller (in case your tape measure was faulty - couldn't be you!) or your pup grows. If yours is truly a pup, let us know, and we will skew it a bit so there is more expansion for growth. The smaller the collar, the less room it has to expand. Just expect the collar to be more "doubled" up as the extra room for growth is then built in as overlap while the collar is small :-)
All IWAT collars are made with high-quality cotton fabrics and can be hand-washed with mild soap and left to air dry or machine-washed in cold water with other clothes and air-dried. Please note that using the collars in saltwater may cause discoloration and can potentially damage the metal hardware. Rinse well in freshwater when you get home.
If your puppy is into rough play, don't leave the decorative collars on while the tussle is happening! Or you can reverse the collar so it is mainly webbing showing so nothing on the fun side gets damaged :-)
